At LANEIGE, we want you to love your glowing skin; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return new or gently used products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note that items marked as final sale and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all lids are securely tightened to prevent leakage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
